To request access to, correction or deletion of personal data, or to ask a question about its processing, email contact@monarquegrp.com. The Group will assess each request under the rights and exceptions provided by applicable law.
How long information is kept
Website access and error logs are rotated daily and purged after no more than 30 days. System technical logs are limited to 7 days by the server. Hostinger Mail automatically deletes Spam and Trash after 30 days; delivery logs are available for 30 days. No automatic purge has been verified for Inbox or Sent: the mailbox custodian appointed by management reviews them weekly and deletes messages no longer needed within 30 days. An active matter or legal obligation may justify limited retention beyond that period, with the reason, owner, review date and deletion rule recorded in a private register.
Browsing data
The Nginx server processes technical data needed to deliver and secure the website, including IP address, time, requested resource, browser and, when sent, referrer. The website has no visitor accounts, contact form, targeted advertising or audience analytics. The theme preference is stored locally in the browser.
Providers and transfers
VPS hosting is provided by Hostinger International Limited and email by Hostinger Mail. These providers may process data outside the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Applicable transfers are subject to the safeguards and formalities required by current law. The precise location of data centres is not published.
